Simply had to change the USB device name from sdb to sda. Set the boot order for the bootable USB containing ISO file, then restart your. The ISO2USB utility mentioned above worked perfectly for me installing AirWave ver.8.0.10 on an HP Proliant D元80 Gen9 Server.
